When I began coaching my clients into what I later called Connecting Invisible Dots, I never expect how it was going to allow me and others to take things to a much higher level.
Connecting Invisible Dots provides a framework that it is difficult to many at the beginning. It had four pillars (Freedom, Abundance, Impact and Freedom) and as much as I wish to tell you that we can start in Impact or Freedom, I have learned that when I coach the pillars limit the capabilities and grow of the others. If you decided to ignore the concepts of the Freedom Pillar your Freedom and your Impact will be also limited.
That was the initial problem I found, then I found a problem when me and my clients reach a new level, grow, heal the things and it require a to work into seeing a new set of dots that not only are invisible but before that moment it was as if they never existed.
Responsibility, Abundance, Impact and Freedom. Those are the four pillars of Connecting Invisible Dots and in the weeks to come I will share more of each one of these pillars and invite you to see your own life, to search your own invisible dots.
Before I leave you, think for a moment. Where can you have more self responsibility. Where are you feeling that you don’t have control, feel like a victim… is there any place that you can grab your actions, your reactions, and be fully responsible for what you do with the impact?
Do you feel and have abundance in your life? Time? Space? Choices? Why or why not. If your answer is not, go back to the previous paragraph.
Where do you want to have impact? Impact it is more than productivity, more than time management. Do you want to impact on your kids? Friends? Family members? Spouse? What kind of impact? What kind of dent in the universe?
Finally how much freedom do you have? How much freedom do you want? What’s removing that freedom from you? Are you a victim of your lack of freedom? (Maybe need to go back and work on the first pillar?).
